Join us for a Virtual Lecture where Dr. Nathaniel Millett will discuss his book, The Maroons of Prospect Bluff and Their Quest for Freedom in the Atlantic World, the story of the Negro Fort in Spanish Florida, which has won several prestigious awards. Dr. Millett, associate professor of history at Saint Louis University (MO), is also a Fulbright Scholar and author of many articles and chapters. He holds a master’s from the University of Edinburgh and Ph.D. from Cambridge University
