Richard & Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum
The creation of the Richard and Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum in 2008 finally allowed the collection to fully serve its critical purpose: to share and showcase the rich history of Palm Beach County and the larger context of Floridaβs heritage dating back at least 12,000 years.
About Historic Spaces
This interactive Virtual Tour is provided as part of the Historic Spaces Global Initiative, which seeks to preserve and grant public access to historic spaces around the world through advanced imaging systems. Using revolutionary 3D technology, providers capture historically and culturally significant spaces at little or no cost to non-profit museums, historical societies, parks, and government organizations.
The Historical Society of Palm Beach County has partnered with Immersive Spaces, a founding member of the Historic Spaces Initiative and a Palm Beach County small business, to capture the Richard and Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum and some of its temporary exhibits.
