The Historical Society of Palm Beach County (@pbchistory) proudly announces a $100,000 gift from Top of Mind Palm Beach (@topofmindpb), a collective giving organization dedicated to enhancing our community.

This incredible support will advance our civic and history education initiatives, particularly our children’s programming, ensuring future generations remain inspired by Palm Beach County’s rich history.

The generous funding also sponsors our grand exhibition, Wish You Were Here: Tourism in The Palm Beaches, open through May 2025 at the Richard and Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum.

Meet Lisa LaFrance (@livelifefulfilled), this December’s member of the month!

A true force in the Palm Beach nonprofit community, Lisa LaFrance is a donor, leader, and connector dedicated to making an impact. Since 2019, she has served as a vital member of Impact the Palm Beaches (@impactthepalmbeaches), taking on roles such as Co-chair of Grants, Vice President, and most recently, President of this inspiring giving circle.

Lisa’s passion for giving back extends to her role as a Thought Leader for the Daily Drip and as a board member for Extraordinary Charities (@extraordinarycharitiespbc) and Resource Depot (@resourcedepot).

Last Tuesday, December 3rd, we had the pleasure of hosting a reception for this years Archival Evening honoree the incredible Jane Holzer @originalbabyjane. Known as ‘Baby Jane,’ Holzer is an icon of art, fashion, and culture, as well as a devoted advocate for preserving Palm Beach County’s rich history. Her passion and contributions continue to inspire us all as we reflect on her success at the 22nd Annual Archival Evening.
