Join us for a special Story and Craft Time on April 18 at 10:00 AM, where imagination and creativity come together in a meaningful way.

This month’s featured story, Sam the Snail Kite, celebrates Water Conservation Month and takes young readers on a journey through the Everglades. Along the way, they will meet unforgettable characters like Grandfather Sun, Mother Sawgrass, Uncle Gator, Sister Egret, and Cousin Snail, all helping Sam discover the importance of protecting our water through Indigenous wisdom.

After the story, little artists can bring the message to life with a fun, hands-on craft. It is the perfect way to spark creativity, inspire a love of reading, and learn about caring for our environment.
