From our archives: The First Family arrives for Easter mass in 1963, poised, polished, unmistakably Palm Beach. In Palm Beach Gardens, a cheerful egg hunt takes place on a 1970's Sunday. Elsewhere, the quiet aftermath of the hunt: baskets set down, shoes dusty, and a moment of stillness in 1954.

Easter and Palm Beach go together like poached eggs and hollandaise. Classic, elegant, and best served in the sunshine.
