Escribiendo Nuestra Historia is an initiative of Latin Quarter of West Palm Beach dedicated to documenting and preserving the stories and contributions of Hispanic families in Palm Beach County. In partnership with Latin Quarter and its President and Co-Founder, Dina Rubio, the Historical Society of Palm Beach County developed an exhibition of the same name as part of its Community History Exhibition Series. The exhibition highlights 14 individuals whose personal stories reflect the many ways Hispanic residents have shaped the history, culture, economy, and civic life of Palm Beach County.

Presented during Hispanic Heritage Month, the exhibition brings greater visibility to Latin Quarter’s broader initiative while creating an opportunity to share some of these stories with the wider community. Building on the stories gathered through Latin Quarter’s initiative, the Historical Society presents a photographic exhibition that brings each honoree’s journey, accomplishments, and connection to Palm Beach County to life.
